Loved the view of the mountains! Love the people!

Beds were nice, little uncomfortable, but then again its a hotel.

Hotel was beautiful and clean. We loved the view of the mountains and it location to downtown Gatlinburg. You could either drive two minutes of ride the trolley. The pool and restaurant were great. Fabulous views!

Bear warnings made the grounds quite inaccessible.

Great place to stay. You don't really have to leave at all, but if you venture out, the town is very close by. The restaurant (breakfast) is one of the best we have experienced in our travels. We had a nice view of the area, with a nice balcony to enjoy it from.

Rooms really need updating. Had no business center for computer access.

Didn't seem that busy, yet there was insufficient parking available. Breakfast costs 7 bucks and was good. Room was clean but looked and smelled old. Front desk clerks were accommodating.

The View was beautiful.

The beds and the air condition did not work.

This is a very out dated hotel. The air conditioner did not work, so the room was very hot.The beds are very uncomfortable. There was a big hole in the middle of the beds. It did not matter what side you slept on, because you would just roll right back into the middle. This is a pet friendly hotel it does not matter what room you are in you hear the dogs barking constantly.We will never still here again. ...read more

Staff was friendly & helpful. Very clean - scenery was wonderful.

No guide for the hotel in the room & TV checkout did not work.

We would definitely stay there again.
